Planning Board Case
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 11 MGL and Title 17 of the Quincy Municipal Code, the Quincy Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 7:00 PM, in the City Council Chambers, Quincy City Hall, 1305 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA, on the application of FRP Quincy Development LLC, 1495 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169, for Site Plan Review under Quincy Zoning Ordinance Title 17, Section 9.5.1 (Site Plan Review) and Section 8.4 (Planned Unit Development - Hospital). The Applicant proposes the construction of five hundred ninety-eight (598) residential units and/or assisted living/long-term care/independent living units within ten (10) buildings, surface and garage parking for eight hundred twenty-five (802) vehicles, and related amenities and improvements on the property at 114 Whitwell Street. The subject property is a 14.37± acre site located within a PUD Zoning District and is shown on City of Quincy Assessors' Map 1177A, Plot 12.
A copy of the Applicant's plans may be examined at the Department of Planning and Community Development, 34 Coddington Street, Third floor, Quincy, MA, Monday through Friday during regular working hours 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
