To join HHNA, send an email with your name, street address, email & phone number and submit your membership dues via one of the options below. Or join us at our next meeting and introduce yourself!

Your $20 annual family membership funds activities such as the annual neighborhood Halloween party and social events.

Options to pay HHNA membership dues:

1)    Cash: Bring to monthly meeting or drop off to:  Will Smith, 15 Glendale Rd

2)    Check: Payable to HHNA and mail to:  Will Smith, 15 Glendale Rd, Quincy, MA  02169

3)    Bill Pay from your Bank:

• “Pay To” account: HHNA, C/O Will Smith, 15 Glendale Rd, Quincy, MA 02169, Tel # 617-620-8389

• Write “2019 Dues” in the memo field

• Typically this is a free service from the Bank

4)    PayPal: 

• Hospital Hill Neighborhood Association, Quincy, MA (Email Address is HospitalHillNA@gmail.com)

• MUST include on the memo line: Member’s last name & Complete street address

• Payment should be $21; Net to HHNA is $20
